The forecasters were right and we woke to a bright sunny morning - none to warm though. Plans still flexible for the day and eventually ruled out mud baths mainly since we have heard it takes two weeks of showers to get rid of the smell! Maybe a slight exageration but still there's probably some truth in it. Off on the road again to the west of the city as we hadn't explored that direction before and ended up at Paradise Valley and its wildlife park. A well sculpted track through the undergrowth and a few animals to view plus a trout hatchery. Back home via the north of the lake for a change and toasted sandwiches sitting in the sun plus the odd beer or so. Later on we went to look at the Night Market in the city - supposed to be crafts and food but turned out to be mainly food. Had a cornish pastie from an emigrant of Saltash. Very nice sitting in the evening sun too. Another wander round the shops and back to do the packing for tomorrow. Realised I hadn't organised any electrical adapters suitable for the ship, and investigated the way of getting to the ship from the airport. Had been thinking that Holland America would be as accommodating as Saga and just let us tag along with a group but reading more about it they charge a lot for the transfer nad need weeks notice - if you change your flight arrival details they charge a minimum of 100 dollars per person just for the alteration in details - so either we persuade the car hire people to take us or we just get a taxi!!!
